4th Annual “Drive Out Hunger” Golf Outing
Friday, May 1 at 8 a.m. at Pohl Cat Golf Course

Murder Mystery 2026: The Great Gallery Grab
Friday, May 1 from 5 – 9 p.m. at Mid Michigan College’s Mt. Pleasant Campus
Art Reach of Mid Michigan is hosting its annual Murder Mystery fundraiser, The Great Gallery Grab, on May 1 at the Mid Michigan College Community Room. Guests will enjoy an interactive art heist–themed experience featuring dinner from Mountain Town Station, drinks, and a silent auction while working to solve the mystery. The 2026 CFX Salute to Working Women is a free, 21+ celebration featuring music, a photo booth, complimentary food, and prize giveaways throughout the evening. Presented by Graff Mt. Pleasant, the Mt. Pleasant event highlights the announcement of the Woman of the Year, with the winner and runners-up receiving a variety of awards and gifts. Chippewa Valley Audubon Club May Presentation
Wednesday, May 13 at 7 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Library
On May 13, the Chippewa Valley Audubon Club will have David DeGraff present highlights of his 2020 investigation of the Pine River from Midland to its source in Mecosta.
