The Broadway Theatre, located today at 216 E. Broadway, was built in 1906 to offer live performance-based entertainment in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. Since then, it has been a treasured staple in downtown Mt. Pleasant.

Riley Connell is a senior at Central Michigan University majoring in journalism and minoring in broadcast and cinematic arts.
